Terms and Conditions for Facebook Contest
1. The Contest is valid for all Indian Citizens, who have attained the age of 18 years or above. Entries by persons who are below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.
2. Kavish Hotels and Resorts reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants
3. Participant affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Contest. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars (deemed material by Kavish Hotels and Resorts) shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.
4. How to Participate in contest
- Contestants must Like and Follow Kavish Hotels and Resorts on it’s official social media pages –Facebook, Instagram.
- Contestants must share post which shows the Prize of current contest. Contestants must use the hashtags #kavishhotels on Instagram or Facebook along with their Contest entries and thus they will be eligible for winner selection
- Contestants must invite his/her friends to play the contest by tagging them in comment.
- The Winners will be selected by the jury constituted by the Kavish from the pool of all valid entries received. The results shall be final, and no claims shall be entertained in this regard
- Kavish Hotels and Resorts holds the right to change / alter the contest gratification or discontinue the contest anytime.
- Kavish Hotels and Resorts employees are not eligible to participate.
5. The Winners shall be eligible to receive a discount voucher from the Kavish on submission of the relevant information detailed in below mentioned clauses. Kavish Hotels and Resorts reserves all rights to decide winners.
6. The name of Winner shall be announced by the Kavish Hotels and Resorts and uploaded on the Kavish Hotels and Resort’s official Facebook and Instagram handles. The Winner shall also be informed through an email
7. Upon receipt of the documents and after verification of the information provided by the Winner, the Kavish Hotels and Resorts shall dispatch the Prize to the Winner by email given by the Winner
8. In the event the Winner is unreachable, ineligible, fails to submit the relevant documents or submits false / fabricated documents, or fails to pay the applicable taxes (if any) or fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated time, the Prize shall stand forfeited and no claims shall be entertained in this regard against the brand.
9. The brand further reserves the right to reject any entry by a Participant / Winner which is either invalid, incomplete, is derogatory or the documents submitted by the Winner appears to be false and fabricated.
10. The participation in the Contest is voluntary. By participating in this Contest, Participant agrees to receive communication(s) from the brand relating to the Contest and Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against the brand and/or its officers, directors, employees, subsidiary or any authorized third party agency in this respect.
11. Participants shall not post any profanity or abusive comments on the brand’s page. In the event of any such profanity or abusive comments posted on foregoing pages, the brand reserves its rights, in addition to removing such post, to take a legal action against such Participant and/or user.
12. Force Majeure: If for any reason any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Kavish Hotels and Resorts, Kavish Hotels and Resorts reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. The organizers reserve the right to change the date of event.
13. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize cannot be taken as cash.
14. Jurisdiction: Decision of the brand in relation to the Contest and matters incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the Participants. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. These terms and conditions shall be governed by exclusive laws of India and the courts located at Ahmedabad shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Contest.
